Hapag‑Lloyd takes 25 per cent stake in Maasvlakte II terminal
The carrier will acquire a 25 per cent interest in APM Terminals Maasvlakte II B.V. from APM Terminals, securing long‑term automated terminal capacity and supporting the terminal’s expansion, Port Technology International reports on 19 August 2026.
