ATSB finds poor planning and weak risk controls in Port Adelaide tug grounding
An ATSB investigation reported by MarineLink has identified insufficient planning and inadequate risk controls as contributors to the grounding of the tug Sea Pelican while paired with the barge Rocksea in Port Adelaide on 10 June 2025.
